Billable time is any endeavor on your behalf which utilizes our expertise. Standard rate is $200 per hour billed in increments with services provided typically Tuesdays and Thursdays except for recognized holidays. Each service request (telephone, email, text) incurs a minimum engagement fee and consulting fees accrue after thirty minutes. Instant response to unscheduled rescue and recovery requests are given priority attention when possible at a higher rate, and before- and after-hour, weekend, and holiday service can sometimes be provided on a per-request basis at additional charge.
Onsite tech visits incur a one hour minimum plus travel fee based on location– typically $40 within Skagit and Island counties and higher for ferry transit and further. Cancellations of any appointment made less than twenty-four hours in advance are subject to minimum charge plus travel if we are already en route to your destination.
