Chris helped me move over from Windows to Mac, getting me up to speed with iTunes and iPod on the Mac and so on. On more than one occasion I have been “dead in the water” and he’s been able to figure out what’s wrong and solve computer issues over the phone– and he’s got me going again. He’s helped me with Gmail, he straightened out some DirecTV headaches and Bluetooth syncing between my phone and truck nav system, etc. Chris is an all around tech genius and I’m glad!
Our core services are Apple support, installation, training and integration with business systems, wired and wireless network design and optimization, and web development and digital strategy implementation. Our services are provided in person and by video conference, telephone, email, and remote administration.
Billable time is any endeavor on your behalf which utilizes our expertise. Standard rate is $200 per hour billed in five minute increments, typically Monday through Friday, nine to five, except for recognized holidays. Before and after hour, weekend, and holiday service is sometimes available on a per-request basis at additional charge.
A one hour minimum and a flat charge for travel per visit based on location is typically $30-$60 within Skagit and Island counties and higher for ferry transit and further. Travel beyond these areas and overnight is negotiated in advance. For established clients, brief email support may be complimentary if we can help in a few moments or so. Urgent rescue and recovery requests requiring instant response are given priority attention when possible at a higher rate. Cancellations of any appointment made less than twenty-four hours in advance are subject to a minimum charge, plus travel if we are already en route to your destination.
