I cannot rave enough about Convenient Integration. I admit that I find computers somewhat intimidating, and I’m neither inherently patient nor intuitive in their regard. How Chris has the patience to deal with the likes of me, I’ll never understand, but deal he does and my life is better for it. Chris doesn’t just fix things; he shows the “why” of it in ways I understand and consistently follows up with written and video documentation so I don’t have to remember it all. Chris is a gifted teacher, as I am never made to feel inept. To the contrary, I feel better, more capable– even empowered –after each tech visit. Bravo!

Chris helped me move over from Windows to Mac, getting me up to speed with iTunes and iPod on the Mac and so on. On more than one occasion I have been “dead in the water” and he’s been able to figure out what’s wrong and solve computer issues over the phone– and he’s got me going again.
